OASIS Emergency Management TC

All,

I am going to have to be driving at 12 EDT today so would prefer to 
have our make-up meeting from last Tues next Tues 9/25 instead of 
today.  Also, Sukumar wrote that he would not be able to join us as 
he will be in the air.  Thanks Allessandro for the close review of 
HAVE with respect to conformance as well as the other comments you 
have.  I'd like to make sure both you, Sukumar and others that have 
been working HAVE are available for the call.  If next Tues works for 
most, I would like to do that.  Unless I hear from the group that 
9/25 is not a good date, I'll schedule the next TC meeting for that time.

No, I wrote that I am creating a list of comments but won't be able to have
