It can be empty, because not all drivers support types. Possible values for the attribute are TABLE, VIEW, or SYSTEM TABLE but it must be observed that this list is extendable. The type examples originate from the documentation of java.sql.DatabaseMeta.getTableTypes(). http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/sql/DatabaseMetaData.html#getTableTypes(()) Patrick: system table: a table used by a database for administration. table: a table. view: a table that is a view of another table. Implementation-defined values Patrick: but these values are defined by database drivers, not ODF Patrick: Michael, could make all implementation defined, but recorded here if recorded. -- Patrick Durusau patrick@durusau.net Technical Advisory Board, OASIS (TAB) Editor, OpenDocument Format TC (OASIS), Project Editor ISO/IEC 26300 Co-Editor, ISO/IEC 13250-1, 13250-5 (Topic Maps) Another Word For It (blog): http://tm.durusau.net Homepage: http://www.durusau.net Twitter: patrickDurusau Attachment: signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature
