TC Members,

There was a TC meeting held at 3:00 EDT to discuss the final letter 
to be sent to NOAA with respect to the HazCollect implementation of 
CAP.  A quorum was present.  All present voted for sending the letter 
as agreed with one abstention.  The attached letter is the final 
version that will be sent early next week.  We are awaiting approval 
by OASIS to put this on OASIS Letterhead.
