    Members of the BDXR TC,  As you can see, your ballot to approve Service Metadata Publishing (SMP) with Non-Material Changes as a Committee Specification has passed.  I have opened TC Admin JIRA ticket  https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-2312 to manage publication of the CS.
