    TC Members, The Special Majority Vote [2] to approve ODF Version 1.2 as a Committee Specification passed [1] as of 17 March 2011. The specification files are now being prepared for publication in the OASIS Library [3]. Congratulations to members of the OpenDocument TC on this milestone publication, and for all efforts made to create a high quality specification. Your dedication to details of TC process and to specification quality have been noticed, and are greatly apppreciated.
