    Well just put them on the agenda. If we don't have time -- fine. As long as they are "in the loop" its OK for me.
    
    And I guess an answer to that question is quite important for Olivers proposal.

     From my point of view the discussion of Florian's general request to 
    define the reaction on unknown property values has no impact on my 
    proposal regarding the extension of vertical relation values for certain 
    anchor types.

    I have added this to the agenda, but the best way to actually track this 
    idea would be to create a proposal wiki page for this. We may then 
    schedule the discussion of your idea in the same way as that of any 
    other proposal.
    
    The page does not have to be very detailed at the start. It should be 
    sufficient if it states what you have said already. This would allow us 
    to have a first discussion of the topic that allows you to figure out if 
    you want to further elaborate the idea, or just cancel its discussion.
