Subject: [cti] [CTI-TC] May 12-14 PlugFest - request for participation
Hi, all -
Mark Davidson and Celerium will be hosting a PlugFest for our TC on May 12-14 in Tysons Corner, VA. It is our hope that many TC members will come and participate.
PlugFests are opportunities to meet and interact with each other face to face. They are also great opportunities for technical demonstration and interoperability testing for all things STIX and
TAXII. Ultimately, we would like to plan the PlugFest to cater to the desires of those who will attend. With that in mind, we invite you to participate in this PlugFest.
Details:
Host: Celerium (Mark Davidson) Dates: May 12-14 (Tues-Thurs) Building Address: 8300 Greensboro Dr, Tysons, VA 22102 - 0.4 miles from Greensboro Metro (Silver line) Room Capacity: 32 Room Hours: 8am - 6pm
PlugFest Rules:
Attendees should be physically present at this PlugFest. Virtual attendance will not be supported. No results will be shared outside of PlugFest participants or the event PlugFest is for participants to validate or improve their software to work with others (hands-on engineering) No publication or marketing associated with PlugFest participation Participants must be from an OASIS CTI TC member organization. Max 2-3 members from each organization to begin with to make sure we have space for all organizations that want to participate All participant products MUST delete all data exchanged as part of the PlugFest after the PlugFest has completed. ZERO data retention. Internet-based products must not require VPN for access Please work through the basic Interop Part I tests BEFORE attending (see
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cti/document.php?document_id=63044 ). This allows us to tackle more substantial STIX/TAXII issues with the valuable time we have.
If you have an interest or intent to participate, would you please reply and let me know:
Who from your organization would like to attend. As we have limited space, we ask for only 2-3 members from each organization. If the space
does not fill up, we can extend that number. What you would like to demonstrate/test or see happen at the PlugFest.
What software you will bring, what persona(s) it supports Any desired test cases
We hope to hear from you soon so we can begin planning a fun and effective event.
Thanks.
Justin
