Testing out the list...

I've also added a link to the SC's page from the TC's page, as we've done 
for the other SC's.  And I pasted in the SC's charter as the group note 
for the SC.

As a reminder, although membership in the Requirements SC requires 
membership in the ODF TC, membership in the new Requirements SC does not 
occur automatically for TC members.  In other words, you are not 
automatically subscribed to the SC's mailing list.  In order to join the 
SC and be able to read and post to its mailing list, you will need to 
follow the instructions here:
