    Check out the link. It looks like Steve has indeed made some progress on ReSpec.     I took a quick look and it looks good.  What should we do next?  One of us play with it some more? Encourage some TCs to try it and and see what their experience is? To publish, you have to hit Ctrl-Shift-Alt-S to get Respec free html.  Then convert this to Word or PDF. Not a big issue but another couple of steps. To me the big advantage is that Respec gets the boilerplate right. In the W3C version there is a facility to refer to citations database. And another mechanism to add your own citations.
