    Hi everyone, May I draw your attention to the next European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly 2012 in Vienna. The session "Architecture of Future Tsunami Warning Systems" addresses main achievements of and future challenges for the architecture of tsunami warning systems. This includes "Message-based coordination of activities of warning centres in a system-of-systems environment, e.g. based on the Common Alerting Protocol (OASIS)".     Hi Matthias, Thank you very much for passing this along. Jan 17 is quick for an abstract, but it seems we should make an effort to submit a paper and provide a presentation for this session. I will bring it up on the Emergency Interop member section steering committee meeting tomorrow as well as the EM-TC meeting on Tues. Other TC members please weigh in on this conference. On the last ISCRAM (2011, Lisbon) I noticed that many experts are unfamiliar with the EDXL suite and its standards, although there were presentations on previous ISCRAM conferences.
