    OK... made one last pass and made a few edits to conform the object model,
    data dictionary and schema:
    
    * Reordered items in object diagram and data dictionary to match sequence
    required by schema.
    
    * Edited schema to make <scope> mandatory and to permit multiple instances
    of <responseType> and <eventCode>, as per the data dictionary.
    
    I rechecked the examples against the edited schema... so at least in my
    tool (XMLBuddy in Eclipse) they still validate fine.
