OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC

The first modified schema for ODF 1.3. Since I could not put hyperlinks in the schema, I put in XML comments to reference the Jira issues.

Andreas, While we wait to hear if anyone has another suggestion/improvement, try: "<!--" Should turn up all the changes as they all have comments. Hope you are having a great weekend!
