    This is it.
    
    If you have an Action assigned to you, please provide actionable
    suggestions and, ideally, content.
    
    Section 4 was added because of so many comments that WS-Calendar and EMIX
    were not well understood. I am *sure* it can be improved.
    
    A glossary was added to provide a quick reference. It is not meant to be
    normative (that's why its an appendix) but to instead support easier
    reading. Please make suggestions to improve definitions, or to add more
    terms.
    
    Services were heavily re-worked. Missing Program Calls sub-section will be
    posted later today under separate cover.
    
    Section 1 was was gone over with a fine tooth comb (Thanks IRC
    commenters!)
    
    In Acknowledgements, if you belong to a group that is in the sub-lists,
    comment now (preferably in some organized way through the group
    representatives.)
