OASIS members:

We are pleased to announce that the Emergency Data Exchange Language (EDXL)
Distribution Element, v1.0 Specification has been approved as an OASIS Standard.

Congratulations to members of the OASIS Emergency Management TC, and to all
those who participated in the review and balloting process.
