    Jim’s proposed change looks correct and uncontroversial, so I pushed a change draft for it:                   ChangeDraftsActivesarif-v2.0-issue-89-date-time-seconds.docx   The only change is in Section 3.8, Date/time properties.   If Jim agrees, I’ll move to adopt this language at the next TC meeting.   Thanks, Larry
