Since you asked whether there's a web-based tool that provides similar functionality, I'll briefly put on my vendor hat and say that what you've shared looks very similar to Soltra Edge's STIX Builder. If you haven't played around with Edge yet, it's something to consider. Note that Edge is free (as in beer, not speech.)
