A week earlier might work, provided MicroFocus sponsors me, but again, so far I haven’t heard back from them.

Thanks, Katrina. Is there a different time-frame that might work for you personally? A bit earlier, in late January, for example?

Hi all,
Unfortunately, that week does not work for me personally. Also, I still don’t know whether MicroFocus will be able to pay for me to go to this meeting – will know more a bit later.
Thank you,
Katrina

I’m working on setting up an in-person meeting for us to work together on finalizing the SARIF specification. I am wondering whether the week of 2/5/2018 would work? David and I are thinking two days would make sense, either a Monday/Tuesday
or Thursday/Friday (in case anyone would like to take advantage of the travel to spend some weekend time in the Seattle area).
Any thoughts on what dates (and days of week) would be preferable? Our admin here says that
Monday and Tuesday, 2/5/18 – 2/6/18 would work well for conference room space. I thought I might as well take a chance and see if that works. If not, please propose other times and we’ll create a poll to resolve.
Microsoft will provide meeting space and provide for some basic refreshments (morning/afternoon coffee + snacks). We can recommend some local places to stay. Individuals would be required to cover their own travel, hotel and meal expenses.
I would plan to make reservations for dinner the first night, in case anyone would like to meet for a meal and drink and some non-SARIF-related discussion. :)
Working notion of agenda. Each day would consist of 5 - 6 hours of meetings plus a healthy break for lunch + email catch-up.
Day 1:
Introductions Review list of topics to resolve over two day sessions Breakout working sessions for significant remaining topics Working session proposal presentations
Day 2:
Discussion/refinement/acceptance of proposals Resolve other detail issues Discuss next steps in SARIF approval Discuss forward looking SARIF++ opportunities
