It closes 17 August 2021 at 23:59 UTC.     TC Members:  the SMV ballot on the JADN Specification closes next Tuesday, 8/17, at 23:59 UTC.  As of this morning, we have 8 yes votes and at least 12 are required
    to approve the specification as an OASIS CS.  Please visit the OASIS website and cast your ballot.
