    Dear TC members,

thank you very much for the feedback regarding the encryption proposal.
Based on it, I have revised the proposal:

    http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/34022/OpenDocument-part3-manifest-proposal-v2.odt

    The changes are as follows:
    - It has been clarified that IRIs that are not defined by the XML
Encryption specification shall be used only for alternative algorithms
(that is, algorithms that are not defined by the XML Encryption
    specification)
    - Alternative algorithms are only permitted within extended conforming
    documents.
    - I have defined IRIs for the algorithms that are used by ODF 1.1. These
may be used as alternative to the string values. This will allow us to
deprecate the string values in a later version, so that all algorithms
    are when specified by IRIs.

    Best regards

    Michael
