  • 1.  Plans for the July 30 Webinar

    Hello All, Please hold the date! The DITA Adoption TC has approved plans for a July 30 Webinar introducing DITA 1.3. We hope to have the following speakers presenting quick introductions to the features they have sponsored (5-7 minutes following a set slide series). We will follow this webinar with a series of in-depth webinars with each of the speakers. We have not yet confirmed with every speaker on this list, but hope to hear back from all of you with this announcement Introduction — JoAnn Hackos (confirmed) Troubleshooting — Bob Thomas (confirmed) Release Management — Tom Cihak Scoped Keys — Chris Nitchie Branching — Robert Anderson Relax NG — Eliot Kimber Learning and Training — Mark Meyers DITA Help — Tony Self or Stan Doherty DITA Domains — ?? Update on the DITA 1.3 status and summary — Kris Eberlein (confirmed) We will need to write a blurb about the webinar, inviting people to join, and get it out on the various LInkedIn, Yahoo, and Facebook sites. Dee please confirm that this date works for OASIS and that we’ll be able to use the GoToMeeting. Kris, please put this on tomorrow’s agenda for the DITA TC meeting as well.
