Hi Stefan, I am also taking it that todays meeting is effectively cancelled yes. As Steve indicated he would be leaving before todays meeting, I don't think we can actually update the meeting details right now in either case. I think we should give a little more time for discussion on list, then we can either arrange a ballot or schedule a meeting to vote on it. I think having a co-chair makes sense, so I would suggest we consider nominations open to that end rather than just for a sole chair.
