There was some discussion of some of the mechanical issues in updating existing documents which contain boilerplate which is now considered obsolete by OASIS. Steven will work with Cyril on these issues. They will propose a strategy for standardizing both backwardly compatible and non-backwardly compatable changes. These may include creating an XACML 3.1 and 4.0 versions. It was agreed to use Bill's Zoom account for the next call in place of the call bridge from Free Conference Calls.
