    Subject: More input to NDR code list contributors

    I've been adapting my code list scripts to WD UBL 2.0 and have the
    following observations to contribute to the decisions for metadata
    for code lists.

    For elements suffixed with "ID", metadata is found in:

      @schemeAgencyID
      @schemeAgencyName
      @schemeDataURI
      @schemeID
      @schemeName
      @schemeURI
      @schemeVersionID

    For elements suffixed with "Code", metadata is found in:

      @listAgencyID
      @listAgencyName
      @listID
      @listName
      @listSchemeURI
      @listURI
      @listVersionID
      @name

    For attributes suffixed with "ID", none have metadata attributes:

       @languageID - not a code list as is based on xsd:language
                   - could be based on ATG2 LanguageCodeContentType which
                     is defined but isn't being used right now
       @currencyID - based on ATG2 CurrencyCodeContentType

    For attributes suffixed with "Code", none have meta data attributes:

       @characterSetCode - not a code list, used only in BinaryObjectType
       @encodingCode - not a code list, used in five non-text types
       @mimeCode - based on ATG2 BinaryObjectMimeCodeContentType
       @unitCode - based on ATG2 UnitCodeContentType

    Questions:

      - can we harmonize the names @schemaDataURI and @listSchemeURI to
    have the same suffix, say perhaps "DataURI"?
      - do we need to add metadata attributes to the AGT2-based information items?

    For the end of February I will assume the schemas as they exist now,
    though accommodating the fact that not all code lists are treated the
    same for meta data is introducing a number of special cases.
