    Good 
point concerning repeated terms. For segmentation purposes, 
shouldn't "noun" and "Group of Islands" be in different <trans-unit> 
elements?

    In other words, allowing tags 
from another namespace within <source> and <target> does not 
invalidate the need for good segmentation. Otherwise, someone could simply drop 
their whole XHTML document within a single <trans-unit>.
