I will not be on the call today. A conflict.  We did have a short HIS SC 
telecon last Friday. Hannes and I discussed the OASIS GML Where app schema 
and a suggestion that perhaps the OGC GML Simple Features profile could be 
used. I did send an email early last week to the GIS SC on this topic. 
Worthy of discussion because. At the very least, we can define a more 
limited schema based on the SF profile for use by OASIS and then still be 
consistent with a variety of other international standards as well as the 
GML schema validation suite that is part of the OGC compliance testing 
program.
