ok, i have setup the next f2f as follows:

there is a shuttle from LAX to the hotel, so you shouldn't need to rent
a vehicle.
i have tentatively reserved the room from 8am - 5pm on january 23 and
january 24.
there will be refreshments in the room, but dinner and lunch are 'no host'.
