Hi,
during the public review of part 3 (which closed yesterday) we received
a few comments that actually refer to part 1. For instance:

I suggest that we duplicate these issue. In the original issue, we keep
the "ODF 1.2 Part 3 CD1" value in the "affects version" field, and set
the issue to resolved with the resolution "No Action". This allows us to
include the issue into the list of comments we have to prepare.
In the duplicated issue, we set the "affected version" field to ODF 1.2
and process it the same as other Part 1 comments we receive.
If no one objects, I will create the duplicate issues tomorrow.
