OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC

Hi,

How do we now process changes, such as defects or things that need
further details, in the 1.2 draft?

Mail them to the TC list?
Who would enter them in JIRA?

If you enter a new issues into JIRA, then it automatically copied to the 
mailing list.  So that is what I would recommend.
