OASIS Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) TC

This is a CHM of the architectural spec that I built 1 June 2009 with DITA
OT 1.5. 

Note that the transformation is broken; parent topics contain
auto-generated links for all descendants, not just children. I have opened
a SourceForge bug report to address this.
