Addendum: the issue says the "correct location" is the "xacml/2.0/"
location, but that depends on how "correct" is determined. At the time
we originally approved the XACML 2.0 core specification and schemas for
OASIS standardization vote, the "xacml/2.0/" directory had not been
created. OASIS during the 2.0 standardization period decided to create
version-specific sub-directories under each TC's main document
directory, so they stored the document and schemas in the "xacml/2.0/"
directory after the documents were approved. I think we did a
last-minute change to put the xacml/2.0/ directory location on the title
pages of the documents, but never realized at the time that the schemas
and examples also needed to be changed. - Anne
