Mark,
I have started to read through the UBL Code List Representation paper from
the Code list working group and Section 6 in the NDR paper (my action item
from the face to face). I am waiting for updates to the document from the
Face to Face, then I will be able to elaborate more. I do know they have
made some changes to what I have right now.
Until that time, so far, things look pretty good against the NDR paper and
they do not seem to break any of the rules the NDR paper has currently. They
have written 7 new rules (no real duplicates), that will probably fit in.
The wording of the new rules does need to be looked at, does not seem to be
"rules" language, as clearly as the UBL rules. So for consistency,
rewording may help.
I am going to attend the code list call on Wednesday and learn more.
