Inetco announced their decision to leave a few weeks ago. I think it is part resource shortages, part longer business cycle than they needed and perhaps a sign of political problems in the group-- we had heard before from others that there is a small controlling group in the TC. when I talked to Angus he vaguely alluded to all three.
