  • 1.  Proposal: Face to face meeting, Deember

    Posted 11-10-2017 16:46
As discussed on today's TC call, there seems to be general agreement that we should hold a face to face meeting to cover a number of topics during the month of December.  In practical terms this probably means the week beginning 4th Dec or the week beginning 11th Dec.   Red Hat would be happy to host the event in Newcastle, UK.  There is a possibility that other members may be able to host in London, UK or Darmstadt, Germany.  The F2F would likely last 2-3 days.  If you wish to attend, please mark your availability using the following doodle: https://doodle.com/poll/mbcyt662m9eapatg If you have a strong preference on location, please use the comment funtion in the doodle to that effect. Proposed agenda items for the F2F can be collected here:  https://wiki.oasis-open.org/amqp/2017-12%20F2F%20Agenda Please add / edit / comment on the agenda as you wish. -- Rob -- ______________________________ ______________________________ _________________ Red Hat GmbH,  www.de.redhat.com , Registered seat: Grasbrunn, Commercial register: Amtsgericht Muenchen, HRB 153243, Managing Directors: Paul Argiry, Charles Cachera, Michael Cunningham, Michael O'Neill

OK, I think most people have responded either via e-mail or the doodle.  There's a couple of people for whom the first week is either impossible or less preferred; and a couple of preferences for Newcastle as a location...   So, would Tue 12th Dec - Thu 14th Dec in Newcastle work for everybody?  I'm keen to get this nailed down this week.
