    I've backed-off from proposing a strict subset of the RFC 2119 and the ISO
    keywords, and am now just proposing RFC 2119 keywords.  Let me know if you
    have any comments!  I plan to move that we vote on this proposal (via
    electronic ballot) at the next meeting, since it's not particularly
    contentious.

    Any particular reason you chose MUST/MUST NOT over SHALL/SHALL NOT?  My
    preference would be for SHALL/SHALL NOT (at least I tend to see those
    used elsewhere more), but either set works.

    I agree with your preference.  I too prefer SHALL over must.  I  
    recommend that you change your text accordingly.
    
    If I must use must, I shall; however I must say that I shall continue  
    to prefer shall to must.  :-)
