OASIS Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP) TC

I've pushed an update to the PR and I'd love your feedback: https://github.com/oasis-tcs/amqp-specs/pull/14

Two things have changed. The draft now tracks MCP 2026-07-28, which makes MCP stateless. And thanks to the discussion last time, the request/response mechanism is much simpler. It's now just a contract carried in AMQP properties, where a request carries message-id and reply-to and anything answering it carries correlation-id. Nothing about link establishment anymore. 

It's still short and intentionally incomplete. Before I start filling in detail, I'd really like to know whether this feels like the right shape for request/response over AMQP.

I'm not able to attend the meeting on Tuesday, but Vignesh and I worked on this revision together and he can represent the changes and take feedback.
