OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC

Hi all,

I have uploaded
https://github.com/oasis-tcs/odf-tc/blob/master/src/test/resources/odf1.5/testfiles/ROWS_COLUMNS_ROW_COLUMN.ods

I have tested the behavior in Excel, Google Sheets, PlanMaker, Gnumeric
and LibreOffice. If you have access to further spreadsheet applications,
it would be nice, if you could test. Especially, in case the application
supports cuboid ranges, the results for COLUMNS and ROWS.
