OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC

What this is. Ballot 3930 asks the TC to approve submitting UBL 2.5 to ISO/IEC JTC 1 as a revision of ISO/IEC 19845:2015. The Liaison Policy needs your approval before anything reaches ANSI, and the ballot text is the written submission request itself.

Please vote by Wednesday 16 September, 2:00 pm US Eastern. Three votes are in so far. A Special Majority Vote needs two-thirds of the whole voting membership to approve, not two-thirds of those who vote, so a quiet ballot fails even with nobody against it.

One correction, for the record. The ballot roster froze at 13 voting members; Kenneth's minutes have 15. Ole Madsen and Natalie Muric are missing because Higher Logic dropped their voting status in the spring under the attendance rule and never restored it once they had re-qualified. I'm getting it corrected. It changes nothing about what you're voting on, and we're holding the pass mark at 10 Yes, two-thirds of 15, rather than the 9 the page shows.
