      • A strong AI showing.
      • A lot of AI iiRDS presentations. iiRDS (Intelligent Information Request and Delivery Standard)
      • Robert answered questions about DITA-OT.
      • Had a full agenda.
      • Provided information about new features for DITA-OT from the past year
      • Used an online tool to conduct an ice breaker, such as to ask who were the dog and cat people. There were slightly few more cat people than dog people at DITA-OT day. Who knew?
      • There were presentations on AI.
      • Dawn Stevens said DITA Europe went well and good program. Good showing.
      • Robert Anderson said DITA-OT day went well.
