    [next week is DITA Europe; so TC meeting is cancelled]
    - Bob; Boston DITA Users Group meeting for February; open discussion on how people are using AI in their work.
    - Kris; Mayo is doing some interesting stuff.
    - Eliot; our ServiceNow doc site went live; it's now on FluidTopics rather than Zoomin.
    - Kris; wonder how much it has cost companies to switch from Zoomin to other products since it was sold to Salesforce.
    - Dawn; lots, from our clients
    - Kris; so what did they buy Zoomin for?
    - Eliot; as a backend for their technology?


    3. Proposal for TC Discussion - DITA 2.0 User Guide (now Committee Notes)

    - Stan; we've gotten a working group together, had a meeting, did some brainstorming, etc; we'll take a week or two to digest stuff then will come back to TC with agenda items.
    - Kris; any info about particular CN ideas?
    - Stan; yeah; we brainstormed a bunch more, besides the ones that were either proposed or previously started; we'll try to organize the list so we can present it to the TC.

    Other:
    - Robert; wrt DITA Europe, rail strikes and road closures around Brussels are expected around that time, so be careful. As it happens, there's another big software conference there same weekend, and they have a travel advisory on their webpage that you can check.
