Kris offered to approve the minutes. Frank seconded the motion.

If you know of openings for senior technical writers, reach out to Robert Anderson, who knows of senior technical writers, who previously worked at Oracle, looking for work.
- Report back from DITA-OT Day and DITA Europe
- Scott attended DITA Europe.
- Number of discussions with IIRDS. How to create a IIRDS knowledge graph from DITA. Hudson's team doing some testing.
- Number of sessions regarding AI.
- Eliot also went to DITA Europe.
- Attended a session about the iiRDS plug-in and is now experimenting with the iiRDS plug-in, which comes from the iiRDS organization.
- Found interesting information about testing and regression testing of LLMs.
- Walk through spec review feedback

- The HTML version is considered to be the authoritative and normative version.
- If you are breaking any of the DITA rules in a DITA file technically the file is not valued.

- The following screen shot shows how the key words are displayed in the specification.

- Zoe would like a related link when the terminology is introduced so that users know why a word is formatted differently.
- Zoe would like to have a more descriptive title.
- In the past OASIS, did not want us modifying the Terminology topic, so as to keep consistency across the specifications. Kris will follow up with OASIS with the knowledge to see if we can add to the title and/or add an introductory paragraph.
- Robert said in the past OASIS would not let us modify the Terminology topic.
- We have also been told in the past that the Normative references topic that all or some of the content are a requirement for the DITA specification.
- We have some additional topics in the specification that have these requirements where we have to provide certain information.

- Had question answered as to why MAY has a different font. See above for the answer.
- Looked at the rework of the bullets. Kris has a suggestion of perhaps it being a table.

- All of our examples are nonnormative in the DITA specification.
- Recommends adding some in-line examples. Robert agreed with adding quick one-line examples.
- Kris is wondering if we should break up the main topic.
