  • 1.  Draft Minutes / v 3.2 TC Quote / v 3.2 Call for Sponsor Quotes

    Posted 05-19-2026 20:34
    Hi folks!

Here are the minutes from our last meeting:

It looks like we moved to cancel tomorrow's meeting, and our next meeting will be on June 3.

    Important items for 3.2!
    • Approve a quote as a Technical Committee for the 3.2 press release, draft below.
    • Consider providing a sponsor quote for the v 3.2 press release (see email from Mary Beth Minto, Subject: OASIS PKCS 11 TC: OASIS PKCS #11 Press Release & Call for Sponsor Quotes (Due by 5 June))

Draft Quote from TC for version 3.2 press release:

The OASIS PKCS #11 Technical Committee (TC) said, "Version 3.2 delivers a stronger, cleaner Cryptoki interface and gives implementers a clear, interoperable foundation for addressing emerging threats while maintaining compatibility with existing security infrastructure. As the cryptographic landscape shifts, PKCS #11 remains the stable core that real-world deployments depend on."

Don't forget Simo's request to review the recently migrated to Markdown Profiles and Usage Guide documents (Valerie & Bob, but others welcome!)

For those of you in the US, may you have a safe Memorial Day weekend and time of remembrance.
