    Description
THIS REVISION adds Bookmarks (for use in Acrobat Reader and other PDF
viewers) AND hides the comments for ease of reading.

    WD27 for review and comment.
Most comments from public review have been dealt with, over-arching
comments on page 1 will be reviewed after specific comments throughout
    document finalized.
Most of the UML has been updated with minor changes, chiefly from careful
alignment of different sections, such as the new preeminence of the
TenderBase, creating commonality between Tenders, Quotes, Transactions,
etc. We welcome comments on all UML before Section 13.
The most changes and largely completed new work is in sections 9-12,
Negotiations, Subscriptions, and the subscription-based Tickers and
information on specific Instruments from the Market. The Editor recommends
    review of these sections.
The biggest changes of WD27 is the move from Venue Type to Market Mechanism
Typology (MMT). MMT is based primarily on based primarily on the Federation
of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) taxonomy created to permit
comparison and analysis of transactions across multiple exchanges and
venues. MMT enables a Market Segment to self-describe so that an automated
participant can adopt automatically to more than simple order-book markets,
but to load-curve discovery and negotiation useful to industrial concerns,
to transitional semi-regulated day-ahead pricing markets, and to real-time
pricing markets. Look to the new Appendix B (still in flight) for a
discussion of trading in divers markets.
Section 13 describes how a Segment describes itself to a potential
participant. It is very much in flight, with duplicate and not fully
normalized message payloads. For full understanding, I recommend
considering it alongside the non-normative appendix B. We are not asking
for a review of 13 at this time, but include it so you see our intent.
Please let the TC know if you see something you want included.
