We're writing to inform you that we are upgrading our internal systems that manage access to the Higher Logic member workspace. Over the next few days, we will be working with our providers to migrate the data.  

This will affect users in the following ways: 

1. As a result of this process, all members will be required to create a new password; however, your username will remain the same. Please watch for a system-generated email that will include a link to create your new password.

2. Additionally, there will be some temporary system maintenance and/or downtime that will limit your access to Higher Logic member workspace.  The planned migration will begin on Wednesday, Jan 14th at 11:59pm and Higher Logic may not be available until Monday Jan 19th at 10am. We are hoping that the migration will be completed earlier and will notify members when the workspace is available.  

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.
