OASIS Common Security Advisory Framework (CSAF) TC

Dear TC Members,

As a follow-up to my earlier notice of leave of absence that lasted from 2/25/2026 to 4/4/2026. I respectfully request the TC's approval for a second leave of absence.

Due to the ongoing DHS funding hiatus, I remain limited to perform functions that meet the OPM standard for protecting against imminent threat to life and property, and I am unable to participate in OASIS TC activities at this time.

I request approval of a second leave of absence effective 4/29/2026, with an end date of 6/13/2026 or when DHS funding is fully restored (whichever occurs first).

If this second leave of absence is approved by the TC, then during this period I will not be counted toward quorum and my voting rights will be retained for when I return, consistent with OASIS Open TC policy.

Please place it on the agenda for today's TC meeting and record it in the minutes. I will notify the TC immediately when I am able to return.

Thank you for your consideration, and I apologize for any inconvenience this circumstance continues to cause.

I have been passively observing all the great work that the TC continues to perform to finalize CSAF v2.1. I appreciate you all and miss being able to meet with you and participate. Looking forward to a day (and hopefully very soon) that I can return and catch up.
