II. Administrivia
Discussion on timing and process to complete Working Draft for Public Review.
III. Issues
Discussed the remaining issues to be fixed in priority for ACAL v1.0 release in 2 weeks and assigned one of us to handle each one:
• Steven:
• Issue 21: rework the introduction of ACAL to explain things in more details, e.g. parameterized policies. Needs a week to work on that.
• Issue 22: update the description of dateTime-min and dateTime-max functions to handle the timezone issue based on option 3. But remove time-min / time-max for now as they need more thinking, will be put back later in v1.1. Not critical for ACAL v1.0.
• Examples in section 6 of ACAL are still missing and need to be added in both XML and JSON syntax. For examples two and three, try to make an equivalent without XPath but with named attributes. The XPath-based examples will go to the XPath Profile.
• JSONPath Profile: rewrite the description of the processing model (AttributeSelector evaluation) in section 6 to align with XPath processing
-
• Cyril:
• Issue 12: parameterize Shared Variables the same way as Policies: update the ACAL model and XML/JSON schema to represent parameterized shared variables.
• New issue: currently the ContentType data model does not support properly how to represent XML document in JSON (JACAL) Content (to support XPath) OR JSON object in XML (XACML) Content (to support JSONPath). We agreed on a new data model for the Content type (new "type" and "value" properties). Update ACAL/XML/JSON specs according to that.
• Steven has more stuff to do and still needs a week to finalize, especially the rework of the ACAL introduction.
** Next meeting: A meeting next week on Thursday same time.
