All,
Indeed, the proposal is to have an informal / informational discussion about the CSAF Extensions Mechanism today.
From what I have seen and heard, quite a few of us are unable to make it.
Can I get a quick show of hands-who is able to join? If we do not have enough people, maybe it's better to reschedule.

Dear colleagues,
Thank you, Sonny, for the motion and Thomas for the second, and Stefan, for the clarification on the status of the meeting.
I'm unable to attend the proposed meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 20:00 EEST/13:00 EDT.
My understanding (and suggestion) is that this is an informational session focused on the CSAF Extensions mechanism, with any motions and decisions deferred to the next monthly TC meeting on May 27th.
As I will not be available, I cannot create the meeting invite as there are restrictions on admitting external attendees due to access restrictions and I would not be able to be there to let people in. Could someone please create and send the meeting invitation (perhaps Sonny or Thomas)?
If meeting notes can be captured, that would be great.
Thanks,
Justin

Dear colleagues,
I hereby state, that I did understand the motion to request
an informal meeting as we did two times before already.
I suggest those present on that date conduct a workshop meeting
to flesh out the procedures for managing the extension registry.
This way, we can decide in the monthly meeting on a complete proposal.
@Justin: Please kindly invite to such a meeting, as I am not available. Thanks.
Thanks.
Stefan.

| Re: Motion: Additional TC meeting to discuss CSAF Extensions | | | Dear colleagues, I, Thomas Schmidt, second the motion. Please note: As this motion does not state that the meeting is intended to be informational, a motion was done to hold the meeting and the subject is part of the CSDPR02 Comment Resolution, the meeting is expected to be an ordinary one (even though the motion does not clearly state that). This also implies that it counts towards voting eligibility and motions can be submitted and passed during the meeting.
