  • 1.  Motion for #1329

    Posted 02-27-2026 17:08

    Dear colleagues,

regarding pull request #1329 "SKU" (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/pull/1329):

While working on another part, I found that we fixed the open behavior for model numbers and serial numbers but (due to an oversight) not for SKUs which had the same text. Therefore, I submitted the issue #1327 (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/issues/1327) to document that inconsistency and PR #1329 (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/pull/1329) to fix it.

I hereby submit the following motion and request that if seconded and no objection received per this list before one week has passed on 2025-03-06 23:00 UTC to automatically carry.
The Chair usually states the result per mail to this list when the period has passed.

I, Thomas Schmidt, move to accept the suggestion in https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/pull/1329 and include it into CSAF 2.1.

    Best wishes,
    Thomas
