    Dear TC members,
     
    I, Thomas Schmidt, hereby move for the TC to approve the meeting minutes of the OASIS OpenEoX Technical Committee (TC) monthly meeting held on October 15th, 2025. The meeting minutes are available at this pull request: https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openeox/pull/124

    This motion seeks the committee's approval of the final version of the meeting minutes, as circulated.
     
    I hereby request that, if seconded, and no objection received per this list before one week has passed on 2026-01-28 23:00 UTC to automatically carry.
     
    A notice of approval will be communicated to all committee members and stakeholders.
