Dear colleagues,
our website ia currently hosted through a private GitHub Repo of one of our chairs. To allow more control for the TC and contributions, it was suggested to move the website to an OASIS Open repo: https://github.com/oasis-open/openeox-documentation
The officer went already ahead and got in contact with OASIS staff to faciliate that. However, I was made aware that we didn't had a formal motion for this - even though we briefly touch on it during the last meeting. Therefore, I write this email to seek the TC's approval.
I hereby submit the following motion and request that if seconded and no objection received per this list before one week has passed on 2026-07-29 16:00 UTC to automatically carry.
The Chair usually states the result per mail to this list when the period has passed.
I, Thomas Schmidt, move to approve the creation and usage of an OASIS Open repository to host the OpenEoX website as done at https://github.com/oasis-open/openeox-documentation and assign the Omar, Justin, Stefan and me as initial maintainers.
Additional maintainers can be added per TC vote at any time.
