    Dear OASIS MQTT TC Members,

    On behalf of EMQ Sweden AB, we are pleased to submit a new Committee Note (CN) for MQTT over QUIC - Single Stream Mode in accordance with OASIS TC Procedures.

    This specification defines the operation of MQTT over QUIC (RFC 9000) using a single bidirectional stream, with no modifications to the MQTT packet format. It supports both MQTT 3.1.1 and MQTT 5.0, and covers connection lifecycle, keepalive, protocol discovery, upgrade/downgrade, and error mapping.
